To soy or not to soy


I've always contemplated, but have always been a little apprehensive. I saw a recipe on Oprah the other day for smoothies that called for chocolate soy milk and strawberries. It looked delicious! After locating the ingredients in Kroger today I whimped out.

Has anyone ever tried this or regular soy milk? And why don't I just use regular milk? Well, I'm not a fan of dairy milk. Normally it grosses me out (along with several other regular food items). Plus, there are lot's of health benefits of eating soy products.

Maybe I'll have the guts to try it the next time I visit the grocery store.

Do it! I just started drinking soy milk (vanilla, low-fat) and I love it. Skim milk grosses me out and always has; it tastes rotten. If you like sweeter try Silk Vanilla light...it is great and has all the calcium milk has (but it doesn't taste nasty). I expect a full report :)
